Innovative Packing

To streamline processes and capitalize on freshness, automation is strategically employed. Apples are transported to our state-of-the-art packing facility where they are washed, waxed, sorted, and graded utilizing our high-speed Greefa GeoSort packing line. Cameras and infrared technologies rapidly monitor apples’ external and internal quality. Our automatic Columbia Machine Palletizer system increases speed and efficiency of palletizing.

Organic Process

The organic label is a promise—from the orchard to your hands. From the extensive organic growing standards within the orchards and onward to our warehouses, we follow National Organic Program guidelines to ensure organic apples remain completely separated from conventional apples through our storage and packing processes.

Trained personnel practice stringent line changeovers and cleanings to avoid cross-contamination to organic apples. Only organic-approved materials are used in the packing process.
